New Forest Hotels - The Burley Manor- enjoy a short break or longer.

New-Forest hotels offer the perfect break to suit you ...and a fantastic choice of accommodation for you to choose.

Are you looking for a New Forest hotel Short Break?

Perhaps you just want to come to the New Forest for a Weekend Break?

If you are looking for a New Forest hotel and accommodation for a Relaxing Break, you've come to the right place - I've got many to recommend.

Perhaps you are hoping to find a New Forest hotel as a Wedding Venue in the New Forest

What about a dog friendly New Forest hotel and accommodation?

If I recommend a New Forest hotel, it will be because I have visited, stayed or eaten there myself.

You can choose from countryside to coast - the New Forest offers it all.

Let's start with hotels in the New Forest and accommodation which I have visited recently and which are dog friendly.

New Forest red deer grazing infront of the Burley Manor Hotel

I've stayed at The Burley Manor Hotel with my dog, and I must say we were made to feel really at home in this lovely hotel, by the friendly staff.

Set in its own grounds in the pictuesque village of Burley, as you approach the hotel you will see a herd of Red Deer on your right.

The welcoming entrance fireplace - very relaxing! and warm. This New Forest hotel offers accommodation which is packed with tradition and history.

So,.....As you enter through the baronial style front door you encounter your first fireplace.

The logs were burning, giving out a warm and welcoming glow and heat, very welcoming on a blustery, chilly day.

Dogs are allowed and welcome in all the rooms except for the Dining Room. There is a small charge per night per dog which is normal in most dog friendly hotels I've stayed in and it does include a dog dinner.

Our relaxing, warm room overlooked the garden.

We stayed in one of the rooms in the old, converted stable block accommodation. This looked directly out over the beautiful landscaped hotel lawns. The room was clean, well decorated and really comfortable. The bathroom had everything we could have wanted for a relaxing break in the New Forest.

I like to just chill out with a good book or newspaper if I'm away for a weekend or short break, and the staff at the Burley Manor Hotel really do encourage you to enjoy your stay at this hotel.

New Forest horse riding - a good way to work off breakfast!

You can really have a relaxing New Forest hotel weekend break to remember if you start with a sumptuous New Forest breakfast, in the traditional Dining Room (which also has a magnificent fireplace).

Then follow this up with a fantastic way to see the New Forest, in really close detail. Go out on a horse ride from the Burley Manor Riding Stables. Kara runs the stables and will set you up with a lovely four legged friend, suitable for your level of skills and the New Forest will be open for you to explore.

If you are eating in the Conservatory you should get a glimpse of the Red Deer from the doors at the end.

This hotel, within the New Forest, really does offer you the opportunity to relax, enjoy, and take home warm memories of the New Forest whether it is for a short break or weekend break or longer.

The day I visited there was a New Forest wedding later in the day and the wedding venue room was really beautifully set up. Find out more about a New Forest hotel wedding venue at the Burley Manor Hotel

Here are some other great New Forest hotel breaks and events for you to choose at this lovely hotel.

The next New Forest Hotel I visited was the Forest Park Hotel.

This New Forest hotel is in the beautiful village of Brockenhurst, which is an ideal setting for a relaxing, short or weekend break.

We arrived in the late afternoon at this New Forest hotel.

It is dog friendly and again will allow dogs in all parts of the hotel except for the Dining Room. I do think these New Forest hotels are quite brave allowing dogs in their accommodation - mine is always covered in mud after a great day out!

The day I visited I was lucky enough to see a wonderful "cream tea waiter" called Basil, he was so friendly and just couldn't do enough for the guests. He really is a little gem. He was serving delicious afternoon teas to guests who were gathering around the lovely log fire.

Again you can make use of the setting, right in the heart of the New Forest, of this hotel. Enjoy a wonderful breakfast and then book a horse ride out onto the New Forest.

A warm and friendly welcome.

The Forest Park Ridng Stables are right next door to your New Forest hotel accommodation and you can choose a horse to suit you and really experience the New Forest all around you.

If you fancy a relaxing New Forest hotel Weekend Break or perhaps a Short Break you can contact the Forest Park Hotel directly by E-mail or go onto their website and see what the Forest Park Hotel in the lovely New Forest can offer you.

Both these New Forest hotels are part of the Forestdale Hotels Collection. They have 19 other hotels which you may like to look at.

Enjoying a relaxing weekend on horseback.

Hopefully you will find just the perfect New Forest hotel break accommodation for you.

I'll keep adding more and more New Forest hotels and the special breaks and accommodation they can offer you, so that your trip to the beautiful New Forest is really one you'll always treasure.
