Two of my elder brothers, Olly and George, (Pidgley) dressed up in american uniforms which were easy to get hold of, and were seen by the American Military Police who arrested them and took them down to Fordingbridge in a jeep, and they had plenty of explaining to do before they let them go and they had to walk home in American Denims.
They both had loads of American gear in one of the spare rooms at home, and were always dressing up.
