Flour of the Forest

by Richard Barnett
(Ashurst)

At the top end of the Solent lie Eling Creek and Bartley Water. Between the two sits the wonderful Eling Tide Mill. It's one of only a handful of working tide mills in the world and it produces beautiful flour. 'Flour of the Forest' is grown on the Cadland Estate and it's the perfect ingredient for home bread making. Its strong wholewheat taste is just right for rolls and loaves. And all with really low food miles....try it yourself!
